About Shipping Fees

Products will be shipped via Japan Post. Shipping fee: 800 yen (tax included)

However, free shipping nationwide for purchases of 20,000 yen (tax included) or more.

 

About Product Shipping

Shipment will be made by "Sagawa Express" approximately 1 to 5 days from the order acceptance date.

However, in the following cases, it may take more than one week from the order date.

・Time of contact and shipping congestion

・If any ordered product is out of stock (in which case, we will contact you again)

・Natural disasters or traffic conditions

・If delivery is not possible due to circumstances such as the recipient's absence

・If orders are placed during long holidays such as New Year's, Golden Week, or summer vacation

* The product storage period at the shipping company is 7 days after shipment. If the product is returned without being received, we will charge the full cost.

* We do not accept specific shipping carriers or specified delivery dates/times.

・Products listed as made-to-order will be shipped within the period specified in the product description.

About credit card payments

VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DINERS, and JCB are accepted.
Payments will be automatically debited from your designated account in accordance with the rules of each card company.

 

About Product Returns and Exchanges

In case of defective products or if a product different from your order is delivered, please contact us by email at fu-ah@hlm-inc.co.jp within 7 days of product arrival.

After the returned product arrives at our company, we will inspect it and either exchange it for a non-defective product or issue a refund if the relevant product is out of stock.

We will bear the shipping costs for returns and re-shipments. Please note that we cannot accept contact from anyone other than the person who placed the order; contact must be made by the orderer themselves.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to "customer's convenience."

"Customer's convenience" refers to reasons such as a difference in image, a difference in color from the monitor (if the order was correct), or an incorrect order. We appreciate your understanding that returns/exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

・Products that have passed 8 days since delivery

・Products returned without contacting our store

・Products that have been used by the customer

・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

・If product boxes, instruction manuals, etc., are soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded

・Products without accessories such as tags, labels, or bags

・Products that have been processed by the customer

・Products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery

・Sale items

・If proof of order from our ONLINE STORE cannot be provided

 

Return Period

Limited to products within 8 days of shipment. This does not apply to defective products.
